Kissoir Privé rules
Last updated 2 October 2026
Every Privé listing, and every change to one, is read by a moderator before members can see it. These are the rules they check against.
Who can list
- Adults aged 18 or over, listing themselves only. Nobody may post or run a listing for someone else.
- You pass the selfie check first: a live photo of you holding the one-time code shown in the app. We delete the selfie once it has been checked.
- Listings can only be placed in cities where an administrator has opened Privé after checking it is lawful there.
What belongs in a listing
- Companionship only, such as dinners, events, trips and conversation. No explicit sexual content, no menu of sexual services and no prices for sexual acts.
- Recent photos of you alone, with no nudity.
- No phone numbers, email addresses, links or messenger handles. Members reach you through Kissoir, where blocking and reporting protect both of you.
- Your rates are information you give members. Kissoir never collects payment for a meeting and is not a party to what you agree.
Run time and Featured
A listing shows while it has run time, which you buy per listing. Days bought before approval begin on the day it is approved.
Featured is optional. For the days you buy, your approved listing appears first in the Recommended order with a Featured badge. If the listing is taken down or a change to it is refused, Featured ends at once and the unused days are not refunded.
When a listing is removed
A listing that breaks these rules is refused or taken down, and you receive a notice. Any sign of coercion, or of a person under 18, ends in an immediate ban.
