These terms cover your use of Kissoir. Opening an account means you agree to them, to the Community guidelines and, when you list yourself in Kissoir Privé, to the Privé rules.

1. Who can join

Kissoir is for people aged 18 and over. You give your true date of birth when you sign up and you hold a single account. Accounts that break these terms can be closed.

2. What Kissoir offers

Adults can build a dating profile, like and match with one another and chat. In Kissoir Privé, companions who passed a selfie check publish listings that signed-in members can browse and send booking requests to.

Kissoir only provides the platform. We do not set up, attend or collect payment for any meeting, whether between members or with a companion, and we have no view of what happens at one. Your behaviour and your safety are your own responsibility; our safety centre has advice.

3. What you post

Your photos and words stay yours. You let us show them to other members while they are on Kissoir, and you confirm they are your own, show only you and follow our rules. Moderators can refuse, remove or hide content and can suspend or ban an account when the rules are broken.

4. Paying for extras

• Premium, Superlike packs, run time for Privé listings and Featured days are single purchases at the price shown when you confirm. Nothing renews on its own.
• Prices include VAT and are charged in euros on our payment provider's secure page. Any US dollar amount we show is an estimate.
• These digital services begin as soon as payment is confirmed. You ask us to begin straight away and accept that your 14-day right of withdrawal ends at that moment.
• A refunded purchase takes back what it gave: Premium time, unused Superlikes, run time or Featured days. The Refund policy explains when we refund.

5. Closing your account

You can delete your account whenever you like from Profile, then Email, password and account. Deletion happens 7 days later unless you sign in and cancel. Paid time and unused Superlikes are not refunded on deletion.

6. Our responsibility

We work to keep Kissoir running and safe, but we cannot guarantee it is always available or that every member is who they claim to be. These terms do not reduce any rights you have by law as a consumer.

7. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms in an important way, we let members know in their account before the change applies.
